How to Log into CFK Online Services for First Time User
- Your User ID is your Student ID using no dashes and no spaces.
- Your PIN (a six digit number) is your date of birth: MMDDYY.
- You are required to change your PIN immediately after signing on for the first time.
On your first login, you may use your social security number. Your NEW CFK ID will be displayed just under the welcome and last web access message. Please use your CFK ID for all subsequent sessions.
Forgot PIN?
If you can not remember your PIN number, you may change CFK Online Services PIN by answering your Security Question that you provided the first time you logged in. Type in your Student ID Number or social security number as your User ID and then click on the Forgot PIN button. You will need to provide the correct answer to your security question and then click Submit Answer. You will then be asked to enter a new PIN for future access.
Information for All Users
- You have three chances to log in. After the third attempt, your PIN will be disabled. You will need to contact Enrollment Services at (305) 809-3188 to re-enable your User ID.
- When you are finished using CFK Online Services, please Exit and close your browser to protect your privacy.
